We offer Refund / Returns in following cases:

Incorrect Product – This is in the event we shipped incorrect product (s)

• In such cases where the product shipped to you is different from what you have ordered, kindly contact us within 7 days.

Damaged product

• If you received a damaged product (Manufacturing defect), Contact us within 7 days to claim your refund.

Replacements / Refund

As soon as we receive back the damaged or incorrect product, replacements are made instantly.

No replacements or refunds for ordering wrong products / change of mind.

Limitation of Liability

We will take every precaution to ensure that your order is delivered to you intact and within a reasonable amount of time. However, once your order has been placed into the hands of the shipping agent we are no longer liable. Any loss or damage will need to be taken up with the shipping agent.

Should you wish to take precautions against loss during transit you should consider registered post or taking out additional insurance through Australia Post
